This business came about during lockdown… remember when we had to meet our friends and families outdoors? I met a dear friend in a park who introduced me to these gorgeous NYC chunky cookies which were literal pieces of heaven! Soon after she told me that she was getting married and moving to Germany, with no cookie supplier in town I got to work trying to find the best NYC cookie recipe!

I tried and tested many recipes, tweaked some, added new flavours and voila – Bromley Bakehouse came into being! We offer a limited range of products because we want to do them well.
